Overview

This role as an Account Executive in Southeast Asia focuses on driving new business for Remote, a company that simplifies global employment compliance. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and helping customers maximize Remote's HR platform.

In Short

  • Join the APAC Sales team in a pure hunting role.
  • Drive net new business and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Utilize a full tech stack including Salesforce and other tools.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Present Remote’s suite of services to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success.
  • Self-generate leads through various channels.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into APAC markets, especially Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple key decision makers.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and operational playbooks.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
