Overview

Dodge Construction Network is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for driving net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry. This role is critical to the organization, focusing on new business development, revenue generation, and targeted growth.

In Short

  • Drive new logo sales to local SMBs in the commercial construction industry.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication methods.
  • Work closely with Senior Sales personnel to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and local events.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Travel as needed for meetings.
  • Maintain communication with prospects and provide follow-up.
  • Propose and process contracts through company systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to coach prospects and uncover pain points.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to understand vague instructions and resolve conflicts.
  • Coachable mindset and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
