Bid Data Specialist II - Remote

Overview

Dodge Construction Network is searching for a Bid Data Specialist II to join our team! This role is responsible for managing and processing bid opportunities by leveraging automated tools and conducting manual research as needed.

In Short

• Operate in a designated territory characterized by lower population density.
• Process incoming bid opportunities and electronic feeds delivered via automation.
• Conduct manual research for bid opportunities not captured through automated tools.
• Perform check activities by contacting project contacts to confirm bid dates/times.
• Manage plan acquisition for private and Construction Manager bid projects.
• Monitor regional mailboxes and process incoming emails.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to bid content.
• Maintain a timely reporting portfolio.
• Serve as a backup for team members.
• Ensure accurate data entry for all assigned projects.

Requirements

• 18 months of outbound call experience.
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent customer service experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Online research experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in an independent, remote environment.
