Bid Data Specialist III - Remote

Overview

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is searching for a Bid Data Specialist III to join our team! This role is responsible for ensuring that our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Call and Data Agents are effective in obtaining public project information and company/contact information.

In Short

• Conduct daily quality audits of trainees and tenured agents
• Work with Public Bid Manager to implement remedial measures
• Support and coach new and existing agents
• Identify solutions to improve agent efficiency
• Provide SalesForce oversight
• Enhance agent skills with targeted learning exercises
• Assist in identifying the best agent for new hire candidates
• Collaborate with Editorial teams to improve customer experience
• Manage projects that don’t fit well into the BPO process
• Lead departmental meetings and quality calibration sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry or customer service
• 3+ years of outbound call experience
• Data entry experience
• Online research experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong typing skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment
