In Short

• Own and troubleshoot daily Internal IT operations.
• Deliver high-quality IT and reliability-related support.
• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and decommission user accounts and tools.
• Assist with network administration and VDI user workstations.
• Provide detailed documentation for internal teams.
• Lead internal IT systems administration efforts.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding IT tasks.
• Build automation and improve IT systems administration.
• Strong time management and technical writing skills required.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT or related field.
• High school diploma or GED; degree in computer science preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Advanced experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts.
• Experience with *nix and MacOS operating systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Configuration management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of cyber security tools.
