Overview

DickersonBakker is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Specialist to manage and optimize our data processes, focusing on client-level data and reporting.

In Short

Conduct feasibility assessments and data onboarding.
Work with clients to clean and manage data.
Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports and maintain data integrity.
Manage DonorSearch requests and uploads.
Develop workbooks and dashboards for KPIs.
Continuously optimize data processes.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills required.
Experience with programming languages and databases.

Requirements

T-SQL proficiency required; DAX & R experience is a bonus.
Strong knowledge of ETL processes.
Technical proficiency with problem-solving mindset.
Experience optimizing queries and workflows.
Commitment to data integrity and quality assurance.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
