Overview

The Vice President of Fundraising Solutions is a senior executive responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing DickersonBakker’s direct response agency. This role is accountable for growth in both revenue and client portfolio while maintaining operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Vice President will lead a cross-functional team spanning account management, creative, production, analytics, and strategy—building the systems, processes, and culture necessary to support sustained year-over-year growth.

• Drive strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives for the Fundraising Solutions division.
• Build scalable systems and processes to increase client capacity.
• Partner with executive leadership to align service line objectives with growth plans.
• Oversee P/L for the division, managing large budgets and forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years in nonprofit fundraising or agency management.
• Success in scaling a service-based business.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Expertise in project management and resource planning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with senior nonprofit leaders.
• Experience in the nonprofit or faith-based sector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
