Overview

The VP of AI Solutions at Agile Defense will lead the AI vertical, shaping the future of AI-enabled mission solutions and driving thought leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD in AI or Machine Learning preferred.
• 10+ years of technical experience in software engineering or data science.
• 3+ years of experience in AI or ML-based solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven expertise in designing GenAI solutions.
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate across technical and strategic domains.
• Experience with ML/DataOps and responsible AI practices.
