In Short

  • Support the Client Solutions EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for iCapital, covering Wealth Managers in DACH.
  • Develop and manage a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients.
  • Execute Wealth Manager onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with related teams, including Legal & Compliance.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate iCapital’s solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
  • Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors’ appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally.
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams to achieve the best client outcomes.
  • Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience for our Wealth Manager clients.

Requirements

  • Solid academic credentials in relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
  • Exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes.
  • Proactive approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities.
  • Language skills: Business proficiency in English and German is a must.
  • Experience with CRM software would be welcome.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
