Overview

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for an Associate Industry Analyst. This role is a critical part of establishing and maintaining our reputation as product category experts within the building and construction industry. The Associate Industry Analyst is a part of the front-line team interacting within the industry to identify and understand market trends and provide a thoroughly vetted category forecast. The position will help to establish critical relationships throughout the market to ensure our views on the market are accurate and insightful.

In Short

• This is a full-time position.
• Remote, home-office role.
• Candidates located in the continental U.S. will be considered.
• Expected travel is 10% for this role.
• Support and conduct ongoing primary market research via in-depth telephone interviews (IDIs).
• Conduct secondary research from multiple sources.
• Analyze and synthesize primary and secondary data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with the Industry Analyst team.
• Assist in the development of category summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience executing primary research.
• Intermediate computing and data processing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Strong work ethic and can-do mentality.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability for occasional travel to industry trade shows.
