Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Regard, you will lead the strategy and execution of sales into large acute health systems across the Western US, requiring a consultative mindset and tactical sales approach.

In Short

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contracting.
  • Manage sales activities within the Western US territory.
  • Acquire and grow a base of opportunities/accounts independently.

  • Advance deals by engaging purposefully at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Create compelling business cases through deep discovery.
  • Build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
  • Lead strategic conversations with decision makers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling to major health systems.
  • Experience selling novel healthcare technology.
  • Knowledge in revenue cycle and clinical efficiency.
  • Ability to build tailored business cases and multithread.
  • Experience in middle revenue cycle or AI-driven technologies preferred.
  • Strong background in selling software solutions.
  • Proven success in a high growth startup environment.
  • Existing relationships with C-suite executives.
