In Short

• Support the Industrial business across all brands and channels.
• Collaborate with business analysts and sales leaders to drive adherence to KPIs.
• Coordinate execution of corporate initiatives with a customer-first approach.
• Manage inventory risks and opportunities with sales leadership.
• Act as a day-to-day partner to selling teams and key customers.
• Support field communication strategies and timely message delivery.
• Help prepare and manage Trade Shows and Sales Meetings.
• Provide materials to sales teams for larger account opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and articulate customer business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in evaluating and optimizing processes.
• Knowledge of sales processes and operations.
• Ability to solve complex problems through data-driven analysis.
• Footwear experience is a plus.
