Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist supports Red Wing Shoe Company’s digital marketing strategy by executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

In Short

• Execute and optimize marketing emails for all Red Wing brands.
• Assist in refining segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of automated email workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing initiatives and analyze results.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain email reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Email Marketing Manager and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience working with an Email Service Provider (ESP).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign effectiveness.
• Experience in segmentation, automation, and personalization.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
