Overview

Customer Success Managers at Ramp are responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of Ramp’s products. In this role, you will partner with public sector organizations to deliver measurable value through the successful adoption of Ramp’s solutions.

In Short

  • Lead Onboarding & Implementation for public sector customers.
  • Drive Adoption Across Complex Stakeholders.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor for best practices and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure Compliance & Security Alignment with regulations.
  • Maximize Utilization & Value of Ramp's solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with various teams.
  • Collect & Share Customer Insights for product development.
  • Manage Multiple Priorities across a portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in implementation or engagement management.
  • Based in the Washington, DC metro area.
  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with technical counterparts in Product, Engineering, and Security.
  • Ability to navigate public procurement processes.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
