Overview

The Customer Success Manager for Public Sector at Salesforce will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize their value from Salesforce through deep relationships and expert guidance.

In Short

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for customer success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT and business leaders.
  • Help customers achieve their business goals using Salesforce.
  • Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features and adoption.
  • Advocate for customers during incident resolution.
  • Coordinate Signature Success catalog services.
  • Communicate the value of Signature Success to stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
  • Available for after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Government customers is preferred.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers.
