Overview

As an Account Management Manager at Ramp, you will lead a team of experienced Account Managers focused on our Large Accounts segment, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Report on team performance to senior leadership.

  • Optimize systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience.
  • 2+ years in a Mid-Market/Enterprise environment.
  • Experience building and leading account management teams.
  • Success in fast-paced GTM environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Ability to drive decisions using data.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
