Overview

The Senior Strategic Account Manager at Nordson Packaging will lead strategic initiatives within key accounts, focusing on revenue growth and relationship management.

In Short

  • Develop and manage strategic initiatives within selected Key Accounts.
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial programs with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate Corporate Partnership Agreements.
  • Coordinate annual pricing platforms.
  • Structure and manage capital projects from inception to installation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive account strategies.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products and market trends.
  • Prepare reports and manage customer files using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • 2-4 years of management experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP or Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to present to leadership and C-level contacts.
  • Strong project and territory management skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and collaborative skills.
