Overview

The remote Senior Customer Care Account Manager is responsible for the satisfaction, loyalty, and retention of Quench's largest customers, working to resolve escalated concerns and collaborating with sales partners.

In Short

  • Support Sales Team and customer requests related to contracts and billing.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex customer issues.

  • Lead customer meetings to gather and communicate information.
  • Work independently to resolve customer requests or escalations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
  • Support growth opportunities with sales teams.
  • Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take feedback and corrective actions from management.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • Proven account management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with KPI reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
