Overview

Culligan Quench is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Indirect Division. We manufacture and distribute industry leading water solutions through a trusted network of over 300 dealers across North America. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder and strategic thinker who thrives on uncovering new business opportunities and making an impact.

In Short

  • Identify and build relationships with independent dealers not currently in our network.
  • Recruit new dealers to represent and sell Quench products, expanding our market reach.
  • Evaluate potential acquisition targets and collaborate with the M&A team to explore opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align growth initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Track outreach and engagement efforts in CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel development—ideally in a distribution or B2B environment.
  • Proven success in building and managing business relationships that drive growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline.
