Principal Solution Engineer - Partner Center of Excellence - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Solution Engineer at Qualtrics, you will play a vital role in empowering businesses by providing pre-sales technical expertise and driving the adoption of our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with partners to enhance their pre-sales skills and optimize customer interactions.

• Build partner pre-sales skills through enablement and mentoring.

• Develop and maintain training materials for sales teams.
• Become an expert in Qualtrics XM Platform.
• Travel required (up to 25%).

Requirements

• 8+ years of Sales or Technical experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
• High energy and self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical aspects of SaaS software.
• Experience in customer and employee experience software.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
• Qualtrics certification preferred.
