In Short

• Act as the technical and strategic voice connecting Cresta's AI-powered platform with partners.
• Help prospects understand the joint value of Cresta + partner.
• Deliver impactful presentations on our services approach.
• Tailor messaging and demos to show joint solutions.
• Support partner-influenced deals through demos and workshops.
• Gather feedback from the field to inform product roadmap.
• Train and enable internal SEs and partner teams.
• Work primarily in Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role, with 5+ years in technical pre-sales.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (GSI, BPO, CCaaS).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Resourceful and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Passion for storytelling and collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone (or willing to work primarily in those hours).
