In Short

  • Join a nimble team focused on aggressive goals and fast execution.
  • Drive global consistency across partner programs.
  • Ensure partners help customers understand the XM value proposition.
  • Build partner-agnostic programs to enhance partner sales.
  • Define and manage KPIs for partner operations.
  • Educate partner teams on programs and processes.
  • Improve partner experience through operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with diverse leadership across the organization.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to travel when necessary (10%+).

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Operations, Ecosystem/Partner Operations, or Management consulting.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Expertise in value selling and realization.
  • Strong presentation skills to C-level executives.
  • Project/program management skills.
  • Experience in the software industry and cloud platforms.
  • Scale mindset and ability to enable others.
  • Salesforce.com reporting and analytics experience encouraged.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA encouraged.
