As a Customer Success Leader of a team of Technical Success Managers, you will combine a passion for developing and leading teams, solving complex business problems, leveraging our best-in-class experience management platform to drive business value and ensuring delivery of top-tier customer management.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Technical Success Managers servicing Enterprise-tier customers.
  • Assist customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing platform maturity.
  • Help customers unlock the most value from our products and services.
  • Drive customer adoption, maturity, and retention.
  • Build and lead teams to measurable results.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Manage team capacity and financial performance.
  • Communicate team impact to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Qualtrics XM Platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or product management.
  • 3-5 years of people leadership and client management experience.
  • Proven track record of building scalable business operations.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to drive multiple projects.
  • Client relationship management experience with C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
