In Short

  • Lead a high-performing remote Customer Success team.
  • Set and drive quarterly CS strategy and goals.
  • Manage CSM variable compensation plans.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new CSMs as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Improve CS best practices and processes.
  • Monitor market and customer trends.
  • Handle customer escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Customer Success experience.
  • 3+ years as a CS leader/manager.
  • Experience in mid-market/enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of achieving high retention rates.
  • Familiarity with CS tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing remote and international teams.
