Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer adoption journeys.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Comfort in articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination and/or Secret Clearance for federal customers.
