In Short

  • Join the XM Success Team to assist customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions.
  • Drive customer adoption and optimize programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to develop client relationships.
  • Enhance software platform knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Develop critical customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Establish and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Leverage customer usage data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Work in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university.
  • 5+ years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with customers in all phases of their adoption journey.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination and/or Secret Clearance.
