Overview

As a Technical Success Manager at Qualtrics, you will assist customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock the most value from our products and services while building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university.
  • 3+ years experience in a technical or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer adoption journeys.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.
