In Short

  • Join the XM Success Team to assist customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions.
  • Drive customer adoption and optimize programs.
  • Leverage customer usage data for actionable insights.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as a platform expert and advise clients on usage.
  • Champion customer needs internally for maximum impact.
  • Enhance software platform knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • Develop critical customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a team that values independent work and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university is preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customers in all phases of their adoption journey.
  • Hard-working self-starter capable of running multiple projects.
  • Comfort in working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented with prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
