In Short

  • Join the Customer Success Team to assist customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with customers to unlock the most value from Qualtrics products.
  • Drive customer adoption and optimize programs.
  • Utilize data triggers to identify customer needs for support.
  • Provide value by driving adoption and usage of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop technical troubleshooting skills and customer management abilities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle a large portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Participate in live events to maximize customer adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or client-facing role.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Interest in Software / Tech, with familiarity in software development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Gainsight experience is a plus.
