Overview

The Global Account Director – New Business is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new customer opportunities for QAD Redzone, focusing on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients.

In Short

  • Identify and target prospective accounts across manufacturing.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Responsible for new logo acquisition and expanding/upselling accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed new business targets and revenue quotas.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders.
  • Align Redzone solutions to client business objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to design proposals.
  • Provide market insights and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Attend training workshops and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and showcase success stories.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations, or Business Management preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Strong negotiation, marketing, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
