Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound prospects exploring QA Wolf, engaging potential customers, qualifying their fit, and securing meetings with Account Executives.

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to targeted accounts.
  • Run structured discovery conversations to assess fit and uncover testing needs.
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Own performance across engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure visibility and collaboration.
  • Continuously test messaging and workflows to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce and Chili Piper for efficient operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales development role.
  • Proven success in inbound response management and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, high-ownership environment.
  • Curiosity and coachability with a desire to learn and iterate.
  • Comfortable using modern GTM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to analyze results.

Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 - 80,000 USD.
  • On target Earnings: $90,000 - 120,000 USD.
