Caring Transitions of South Dayton is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.

In Short

• Contact and qualify leads by making initial phone or email contact.
• Manage current accounts and create brand awareness.
• Provide customer support and answer client inquiries.
• Work 3-5 days a week with flexible hours.
• Travel within the greater Dayton area.
• Coordinate in-person meetings between clients and Account Executives.
• Utilize multiple sales techniques including cold calls.
• Use CRM software to manage leads.
• Analyze sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
