  • Support sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing assets, including demos and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare presentation decks and demo environments.
  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple channels.
  • Participate in training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales support activities.
  • Work closely with sales to support team revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve demos and presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, design, technology, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with business software.
