In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of individual content projects including webinars, podcasts, case studies, and promotional videos.
• Translate strategic briefs into project plans, timelines, scripts, and documents.
• Plan and execute video productions, including directing talent and managing logistics.
• Perform basic editing and manage post production workflows.
• Source and manage freelance vendors while ensuring quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with teams to support campaigns and sales motions.
• Repurpose flagship projects into broader distribution assets.
• Track performance and propose experiments for content improvement.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience producing long form content focused on video.
• Strong project ownership across planning, production, and post production.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling content.
• Experience directing on camera talent and ensuring high technical quality.
• Comfort managing vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience producing content for B2B SaaS or technical audiences.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $160,000 to $170,000 USD
