Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional People Ops projects.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in HR tools and data management.
• Empathetic and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
