Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building scalable People processes.
