Requirements

• Ability to work in the Berlin office 3 days/week.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Basic understanding of German labor law.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Deel or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic and dependable with a focus on supporting people.
