Manager, Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

The Sales Development Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in generating leads and constructing sales pipelines.

In Short

• Manage SDR team performance through accountability to KPI’s & quotas.
• Daily team management and supervision.
• Hire, train, and coach employees to develop outbound prospecting skills.
• Partner with business intelligence and sales operations.
• Drive SDR performance and develop career paths.
• Ensure messaging aligns with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practices.
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as an SDR leader or in a prospecting-related management position.
• Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
