Overview

As a Sales Development Representative Manager at Huntress, you will lead a team focused on expanding the company's footprint in the mid-market segment while ensuring their success through training and management.

In Short

  • Lead and support a team of sales development representatives.
  • Provide training on cold calling and pipeline management.
  • Build processes and documentation for team scalability.
  • Ensure SDRs meet their KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Experience leading outbound SDR teams, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.
  • Empathy and thoughtfulness in communication.
  • Coachable and eager for improvement.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
