Overview

The SDR Manager is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a focus on the SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments. The SDR Manager will coach team members in effort to drive revenue growth and meet sales pipeline goals.

In Short

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Source and distribute outbound leads for SDRs to qualify and contact.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and methodologies.
  • Continuously monitor individual and team performance, analyzing key metrics.
  • Analyze and review the success metrics within Outreach.io.
  • Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics.
  • Work closely with other sales leaders and marketing teams.
  • Responsible for onboarding new SDRs and coordinating training.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Embody and promote MSI’s core values in all interactions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Prior managerial experience leading a high-volume cold calling center.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Outreach.io.
  • Track record of attaining quota and overachievement.
  • Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to coach and inspire Sales professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Beauty, Salon, Spa or Clinic Industries a plus.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
