As a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Director of CRM and Personalization, you will lead the development and execution of customer relationship and personalization strategies that drive deeper engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

• Deep expertise with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in leveraging data analytics for campaign performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of data privacy regulations.
