CRM Marketing Manager, ECommerce & Personalization - Remote

Overview

MyEyeDr is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team, supporting key initiatives across Ecommerce, patient retention and growing personalization capabilities.

In Short

• Execute email marketing campaigns including planning, wireframing, HTML/CSS, audience segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
• Own Ecommerce lifecycle campaigns with complex automation rules.
• Drive the Ecommerce CRM strategy to maximize positive impact on patients.
• Maintain the Ecommerce email marketing calendar.
• Apply database knowledge for targeted campaigns within Braze.
• Provide design and copy direction to the creative team.
• Usher emails through reviews and collect feedback.
• Champion creative review and QA processes.
• Keep a test-and-learn mindset; pilot new concepts.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile issues reported to the CRM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience building and sending emails.
• 5+ years of experience with an email service provider (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• At least 1 year experience with Braze.
• Proficiency in building emails with HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Expert experience reporting on campaign success.
• Experience using testing tools like Litmus.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Outstanding time management skills.
