Join our Facilities team as an HVAC Project Manager / Operations Manager, where your technical expertise will be essential to executing HVAC projects across our national portfolio.

In Short

• Coordinate HVAC project execution including repairs and HVAC equipment replacement across the national portfolio.
• Follow approved budgets and project plans to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Execute scopes of work using pre-approved vendors and support vendor coordination.
• Conduct remote quality assurance (QA) reviews to validate project completion.
• Maintain and update HVAC asset records in coordination with internal systems and teams.
• Support compliance with jurisdictional requirements by following established processes.
• Collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Provide operational support for HVAC-related emergencies and service escalations.
• Assist with onboarding of new properties and HVAC system documentation during acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in residential and commercial HVAC including systems and lifecycle documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project coordination, field operations, or facilities management.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work and follow technical standards.
• Experience working with vendors and managing project timelines.
• Proficiency in remote QA tools and documentation review.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
