Overview

Join Dame Products as our Operations Manager and help power the operational backbone of a mission-driven, fast-moving company focused on improving humanity’s relationship to sex, sexuality, love, and intimacy.

In Short

Own PO creation and inbound logistics.
Manage inventory and reporting through Cin7.
Coordinate with 3PLs and retail partners for on-time deliveries.
Provide sales admin support.
Negotiate with international vendors and suppliers.
Integrate AI and automation into workflows.
Support across teams for product launches and marketing initiatives.
Manage a small operations team of remote employees.

Requirements

Cin7 expertise with 2–3 years in CPG brand operations.
Background in consumer packaged goods or retail supply chains.
Proven negotiation skills with overseas vendors.
Experience in managing retail logistics.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to improve processes and systems.
International sourcing experience is a plus.
Startup energy and flexibility in roles.
Willingness to commute to NYC for in-office collaboration.
