At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

In Short

• Manage logistics operations including shipment schedules and data analysis.
• Plan and book shipments while preparing necessary documentation.
• Ensure alignment of shipping specifications with recipient needs.
• Monitor ongoing shipments and manage logistics invoicing.
• Utilize spreadsheets and ERP systems for workflow optimization.
• Work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Logistics experience with international and dangerous goods shipments is a plus.
• Technical skills in data management and automation are beneficial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, data analysis, or supply chain roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud storage solutions.
• Ability to work independently.
