Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Operant is seeking an Operations Manager to support our revenue operations, business operations, and office operations in San Francisco’s Jackson Square.

In Short

• Manage relationships with HR, accounting, and other business ops vendors.
• Coordinate executive meetings and handle sensitive information.
• Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a professional environment.
• Facilitate team-building activities and promote company culture.
• Handle expense reports and financial documentation accurately.
• Work on-site in San Francisco 2 days a week, with remote work available.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and reprioritize as needed.
• Support executive communication and manage logistics for board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations manager role.
• Experience with HR, accounting, and IT vendors.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in cybersecurity or AI startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
