Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical and operational focus to support the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business goals and translate them into requirements.
• Maintain specifications, workflows, and integration diagrams in Confluence.
• Assist in creating ROI analyses for AI initiatives.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning for AI projects in Jira.
• Configure and maintain AI tools and platforms.
• Assist with model upgrades and retraining workflows.
• Monitor AI program tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
• Identify ways to improve AI delivery workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

Requirements

• 10 years in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and automation.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and tools.
