In Short

• Identify project stakeholders and define project scope.

• Create process models and specifications for developers.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis or related field.
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Databricks preferred).
• Project management skills and software knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in agile project management environments.
• Analytical skills to support decision-making.
• Experience in defining business processes and data flows.
