In Short

• Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Gather, define, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Ensure clarity, alignment, and efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
• Create detailed documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in manual testing activities to validate solutions.
• Contribute strategically and tactically across projects.
• Communicate proactively in both Greek and English.
• Analyze requirements to fit specifications with an MVP mindset.
• Collaborate during Agile rituals.

Requirements

• Curious, hands-on problem solver with analytical thinking.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable stories.
• Experience in managing dependencies, timelines, and blockers.
• Proficient in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in manual testing and user acceptance testing.
• Comfortable navigating both business needs and technical constraints.
• Proactive ownership of quality and clarity throughout the product lifecycle.
