In Short

• Serve as a liaison between business units and software development teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
• Define and document APIs and integration points between internal systems and external platforms.
• Create and maintain a developer-facing wiki or documentation portal for external developers to understand and engage with company APIs.
• Evaluate and recommend new software and systems to meet business requirements.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in software testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Document internal procedures, workflows, and technical issues.
• Maintain data quality, security protocols, and system compliance documentation.
